Sessions are priced one by one — a two-hour intensive is not the same as a shorter recap, and a session with a senior clinician is not the same as one with a top student. The price is always on the session before you pay.

Your join button appears on the session card in your account, ready before it starts. It stays in your account rather than in an email, so it cannot be forwarded on — that is what keeps the room the size you paid for.
Flashcards for the topic come with every session, plus the recording to go back over.
You keep the recording, so you don't lose what you paid for. One price covers both, whether you watch it live or afterwards.
Senior students, postgraduates and qualified teaching assistants who did well in the module they teach. We check results and interview before anyone runs a session.
We don't refund sessions once bought, because you keep the recording either way. If we cancel a session and can't reschedule it, you're refunded in full. Full terms are on our legal page.
Capped, usually at 20–25 students, so there's still room to ask questions. Small and frequent works better than huge and cheap.
